Regarding the extension of the rent reduction to the categories of affected professionals, POMIDA announced the following:

The government’s decision to extend the mandatory 40% rent reduction to all affected sectors of the economy (and not just those businesses that closed following a government order) is an extremely negative development that recommends challenge and taunt for property owners.

The threat of spreading the corona to the population of the country and the entire planet, brings us face to face with unprecedented problems, which our society can only face if it is united. In the economic sector, the most obvious and serious consequence in the daily life of citizens is the closure by legislative acts of many categories of commercial businesses open to the public, for an as yet unknown period of time.  

It was voted on Thursday 5.3 in the Parliament and is headed for publication in the Government Gazette on s.n. of the Ministry of the Interior, with article 21 of which deletes the debts of municipal real estate fees that were confirmed due to the declaration of area differences during the process of providing a TAP certificate for the transfer of real estate (sales, . benefits, inheritance payments, etc.).
