POMIDA PROPOSALS FOR THE MUNICIPAL FEES CORRECTION PLATFORM – CERTIFIED DEBTS FROM NON-DEBTS TAP APPLICATIONS ARE ALSO DELETED!

The interoperability and user-friendliness of the KEDE platform for the declaration of correction of the T.M. has left very positive impressions on the citizens. of their properties, which is based on POMIDA’s proposal for the write-off of retroactive debts to OTAs. However, there are still corrections that cannot be made through it, as a result of which the citizen has to suffer at the Revenue Service of the relevant Municipality. That is why we propose that through this platform, every citizen can additionally:

Correct the square footage of shared apartment building, not shown in E9, stating that he is the manager of the apartment building.

To declare the change of use of his property , as the law provides, from business to residence and vice versa, which is possible on the platform of the Municipality of Athens and other Municipalities, but is not provided for on the platform of KEDE.

Declare a reduction in the area of his property, indicating how this is documented.

Declare the area of auxiliary surfaces areas of apartment buildings (warehouses, parking lots, etc.) that are electrified by the communal supply of an apartment building, either these areas are not counted, or they have already been counted in the total area of common areas and fees and tax are paid for them through the account electricity, but without TAP charge.

To facilitate the mass participation of citizens and to expand the success of measure in favor of Local Self-Government,POMIDA proposes to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the KEDE:

*The immediate addition of the above possibilities to the statements platform,

*The immediate operation of telephone and online HELP DESK to answer the countless questions of citizens,

*The disclosure of this arrangement and the electronic address of the declaration platform, also to the last owner of the country and the diaspora Hellenism, with the immediate sending of informative emails from AADE to all property owners – TIN holders of the country and their tax experts,

*End the inevitable extension of the declaration deadline until 30.6.2020 , as everyone now realizes that the current deadline of March 31st, and indeed in today’s multiple difficult circumstances, is absolutely insufficient to inform and timely involve so many millions of stakeholders in this huge undertaking!!!
