Yesterday, the prime minister made announcements in relation to real estate, concerning the gradual expansion of mandatory building insurance and intervention in short-term residential leases.

The Guide to the new Subsidy Program for the energy upgrade of homes“SAVE 2023” was published in the Government Gazette.  The purpose of the program is the energy upgrade of homes, owned or rented, by subsidizing part of the required cost of materials and works.

It is recalled that the immediate opening of this platform was requested by POMIDA from the competent ministers who attended its pre-election event on 4.5.2023.
