Renovation and energy upgrading of buildings is the only process which can save the value and functionality of our existing buildings.
The International Union of Property Owners (UIPI) of which POMIDA is a central member and for 20 years its President is Stratos Paradias, launched a pan-European survey on the sustainable and energy efficient renovation of buildings, to highlight the views and concerns of property owners.
Take part in this Survey as a property owner or real estate professional property! Our voice can shape the future of building renovation and building-related climate policy in Europe! Your experience will help us understand the needs, problems and challenges that building owners face in the building renovation process.
The political focus on making buildings more efficient and sustainable is increasing. New targets and rules are being set at EU, national and local level to promote climate neutrality in the building stock. But the key question remains: What can property owners do? What have they done so far and what are they planning to do? What motivates them or what are the challenges they face? What could actually help them?
