The owners of houses located in the administrative boundaries of the municipalities of Thessaloniki, Kalamaria, Kordelio-Evosmos, Lagada, Pavlou Mela, Pylaia-Hortiatis, Oreokastro, Ampelokipi-Menemeni, Delta and Thermi, and which were allocated for the housing of international applicants, are invited protection within the framework of the “ESTIA II” program under no. 13348/2.4.2020 of the joint decision of the Ministers of Development and Investments and Immigration and Asylum (Β΄ 1199) and the “ESTIA 2021” program under no. 270/2.2.2021 of the joint decision of the Ministers of Development and Investments and Immigration and Asylum (Β΄ 451), to submit an application for participation in the program “COVERAGE” of the under data 24777/7- 3-2023 KYA.
The application is submitted in paper form to the protocol of the Development Major City of Thessaloniki S.A. – Development Organization of Local Self-Government (MATH SA AOTA), (postal address: Manousogiannakis 6, Thessaloniki 546 21, 8th floor), or in electronic form at e-mail: kalypsi @mdat.gr, from Friday November 1, 2024 to Wednesday November 20, 2024.
The submission of the application is accompanied by:
a. Responsible declaration of the owner, that the property meets the above criteria, is ready for use and has no real defect. The relevant Municipality may, through its competent services, carry out sample checks before leasing the properties.
b. A copy of the electronic lease with the ESTIA program implementation body.
The date of initialization in the MATH SA AOTA protocol or the date of the postmark or proof of delivery or the date of sending the application by e-mail is taken as proof of the timely deposit. (email kalypsi@mdat.gr)
