In April, the platform opens for the submission of applications for the new program of the Ministry of Environment and Energy “Photovoltaics on the Roof”, announced the Minister of Internal Affairs Mr.Kostas Skrekas.

Beneficiaries of the program are households and farmers who will be able to install their own small photovoltaic, combined with a storage system (battery).

The total budget of the program is 200 million euros and the subsidy of the photovoltaic system reaches up to 75% for households and 60% for farmers. The total subsidy of the photovoltaic system with battery can reach up to 16 thousand euros for households and 10 thousand euros for farmers.

A persistent problem in real estate transactions was that after a tax debt was paid there was often a delay of several days,until the payment “appeared” in the AADE system, so that the relevant certificate of non-debt can be issued.

“Specifically, for businesses that must stop their activity due to the spread of the coronavirus, it will be provided, by law, that they will pay the 60 % of the rent of the commercial property, if they rent it, for the months of March and April. The same applies to the employees of companies that are obliged to stop their activity due to the spread of the coronavirus and their employment contract is suspended, as long as it is a first residence.”
