Without supporting documents, queues, retrospectives and fines, declarations for municipal fees will be corrected or initially declared the areas of electrified or non-electrified properties in the electronic application that will be announced immediately by the Ministry of the Interior and the Central Association of Municipalities of Greece (KEDE)!

POMIDA informs the members of its unions and every interested property owner, that in response to key questions put to it in writing by the Deputy Mayor of Finance of the Municipality of Florina regarding with the new regulation of exemption from municipal taxes and fees for undeclared real estate surfaces, which was a proposal of POMIDA in the interest of the owners and also of the local authorities, gave the following answers of general interest:

Solution – redemption for hundreds of thousands of property owners across the country with wrongly declared area in the Municipalities, which exempts them from fines and retrospectives, but which will bring an immediate and significant increase in revenue of OTAs, was legislated yesterday with article 51 par. 2 of Law 4647/2019 (Government Gazette 204/A), of the Ministry of Health, on the initiative of the Minister of the Interior Mr. Panagiotis Theodorikakos!
