POMIDA TO AADE: EXTENSION OF JULY DECLARATION DEADLINE UNTIL 31.7.20. REQUEST FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE POSSIBILITY TO DECLARE RENT REDUCTION (COVID) MARCH-JUNE IN THE AADE APPLICATION!

By decision of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority, Giorgos Pitsilis, the deadline for submission of declarations for the change of rent (Covid declarations), for the months of July and August, without imposing the prescribed penalties. The same deadline (August 31, 2020) also applies to the submission of an initial or amending declaration of the lease contract. Acceptance of Covid declarations from tenants can take place until September 7.

THREE-MONTH EXTENSION FOR DECLARATION OF VOLUNTEERS AND EXTENSION OF LICENSES UNTIL THE END OF 2022!

A three-month extension for the regularization of all arbitrary constructions, until September 30, 2020, is given by the Ministry of Environment and Energy with a relevant amendment, submitted to Parliament by the Minister of Environment and Energy,Kostis Hatzidakis, responding to the relevant POMIDA memorandum, in the draft law “Promotion of electrification” to be voted on in the Plenary Session of the Parliament on Monday, July 20. The previous deadline was June 30.

JOINT PROPOSAL POMIDA – YOU FOR A BENEVOLENT REDUCTION OF PROFESSIONAL RENT UP TO 40% BY THE END OF THE YEAR!

The voluntary reduction of business rents up to 40% by the end of the year, asking the state to legislate the already applicable tax refund of 30% of the loss of rents for forced reductions, as an incentive and for rent reductions of up to 40% voluntarily agreed between owners and tenants, for the period up to 31.12.2020, presented today by the Panhellenic Federation of Property Owners (POMIDA) and the Athens Chamber of Commerce (ESA).

MINISTRY OF MINISTRY: THE REDUCTION OF PROFESSIONAL RENTS FOR TOURISM, TRANSPORT FOCUS BUSINESSES IS EXTENDED FOR TWO MONTHS!

According to a ministerial decision signed by the Deputy Minister of Finance, Apostolos Vesyropoulos, the measure of reducing rents by 40% is extended for the months of July and August. The government added the catering industry to the category of reductions, satisfying with this decision a basic demand of the operators of the catering industry affected by the pandemic, without any consultation with the side of property owners.

POMIDA: EXTENSION OF THE DECLARATION DEADLINE AND OF NON-ELECTRIFIED PROPERTIES ON THE KEDE PLATFORM, WHICH ARE EXCEPTED FROM THE TWO-MONTH EXTENSION!

The deadline for the declaration of vacant and non-electrified properties was EXTENDED until August 31, 2020, with an amendment submitted to the Parliament at noon on Monday, 29.6, by the Minister of the Interior Mr.Panagiotis Theodorikakos and the competent Deputy Minister Mr. Theodoros Livanios, as POMIDA had requested in its letter of 25.6.2020.

CORRECTION PLATFORM T.M. REAL ESTATE: TWO MONTH EXTENSION UNTIL 31.8.2020!

Two-month extension of the deadline for correcting the areas of the properties for the calculation of municipal fees is given by amendment (article 3 par. 2) which the Minister of the Interior Mr. Panagiotis Theodorikakos testified to the Parliament in bill of the Ministry of Justice, partially responding to the letter of 24.5.2020 from POMIDA.
