Deadline for buildings with large irregularities
September 30 is also the last deadline for fixing the irregularities in the category 5 (buildings with very serious abuses). It should be noted that the very serious violations concern an excess of at least 40% in coverage and construction or a height of more than 20%.
For the rest of the violations -category 1 to 4- the procedure of Electronic ID cards and their owners will be able to settle them even after September 30, with a deadline of March 31, 2026, by paying additional settlement amounts of 20% for the first year of delay and an additional 5% for each year of delay.
With the same amendment, due to difficulties in carrying out construction activity due to the pandemic, the validity of building permits, building permits and their revisions is also extended until the end of the year 2022.
