INFORMATION CIRCULAR WITH POMIDA’S INSTRUCTIONS ON OPTIONAL RENT REDUCTIONS!

POMIDA issued an informative circular to its members with detailed instructions on how to draw up and declare the agreements for optional reductions of professional rents by at least 30% in the TAXISNET application of AADE, according to the law 4722/2020 and the decisions A.1213/2020 and A. 1230/2020 of the Ministry of Finance, which implemented POMIDA’s proposal for tax-subsidized optional rent reductions, which is the only way to put a definitive end to forced reductions.

“I SAVE-I AM INDEPENDENT” IN VIEW!

FINANCE DECISION: RENT REDUCTIONS IN OCTOBER ARE ONLY OPTIONAL!

The recent letter from POMIDA-ESA to the Ministry of Finance to clarify as soon as possible which KAD will be subject to the optional rent reduction regime, so that the interested parties can quickly make their decisions, but above all the successive steps and the insistence of POMIDA to end the forced rent reductions, and to extend the optional ones, it seems that they took place.

POMIDA-ESA TO THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE: THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR OCTOBER-DECEMBER 2020 RENTS BE ANNOUNCED IMMEDIATELY!

POMIDA and ESA jointly sent a letter to the relevant Ministers and Deputy Ministers as well as to the Governor of AADE requesting that the arrangements for the October – December 2020 rents be announced immediately and submitted and the legal entities – lessors in the provisions of optional reductions, as with Law 4722/2020 the tax refund of 12% of rent reductions of a minimum rate of 30% was legislated for the four months of September – December 2020, based on optional agreements of owners and tenants. POMIDA intervened to the Council of State in favor of the validity of the decision with number ΙΠEN/ DPI/ 64663/ 3.7. 2020 of the Minister of Environment and Energy Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis “Definition of the administrative acts, the other appropriate elements, the technical specifications and the procedure for the ex officio reformation and preparation of the forest maps according to article 48 of the law 4685/2020 (A’ 92)” (B’ 2773), and against the annulment petition filed against it by the “Panhellenic Union of Public Servant Foresters”, the “Geotechnical Chamber of Greece”, and subsequently eight more organizations.
