SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF THE CORRECTION DEADLINE T.M. REAL ESTATE ON THE PLATFORM OF KEDE
Dear Minister
The unprecedented situation in which our society and country has found itself in during the last quarter, due to the epidemic of the corona virus, which to some extent continues to adversely affect citizens and their activities, imposes the extension of the statutory deadlines for various vital matters concerning the property owners of country and Hellenism Abroad.
As far as your Ministry is concerned, POMIDA requests that the operation of its completely successful platform be extended until 31.12.2020 KEDE for the statement of correction of T.M. of their properties, which is based on POMIDA’s proposal for the simultaneous write-off of retroactive debts to OTAs. This extension is absolutely necessary, both in the interest of the citizens, who persistently ask for it, and of the OTAs who, in the midst of a crisis, acquired with our proposal, a crucial factor in the permanent increase of their revenues!
We also insist on the need to disclose this regulation and the electronic address of the declaration platform, and the owner of the country and the Greek diaspora, with direct sending informative emails from AADE to all real estate owners – owners of the country’s tax identification number and their tax experts!
ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES. At the same time, in order to serve the citizens, we request the addition of certain features that are missing from the electronic application of the KEDE, so that every interested citizen can, without inconvenience to the services of the Municipalities:
To declare an increase in the square meters of shared electricity supply of the apartment building, not shown in E9, stating that he is the manager or representative of the co-ownership.
To declare the change of use of his property, as provided by law, from business to residence and vice versa, which is possible on the platform of the Municipality of Athens and other municipalities, but is not provided for on the platform of KEDE.
To declare a reduction in the area of his property, stating how this is documented.
To declare the surface areas of auxiliary spaces of apartment buildings (warehouses, parking lots, etc.) that are electrified by the shared supply of apartment buildings, either these surfaces are not counted, or they already have calculated on the total area of common areas and fees and tax are paid for them through the electricity bill, but without TAP charge.
