First, in relation to Land Offices and their Branches:
- Transactions are allowed in person as well as the control of files, exclusively in urgent cases and after a telephone appointment with the local Land Office.
- Suspend any time limit relating to the transcription, registration, registration of applications and deeds or the receipt of certificates and copies and the limitation of any related claim.
In addition, new digital services have already been put into operation where through the website of the Land Registry (www.ktimatologio.gr), all interested parties, depending on their professional status, can to digitally submit registration applications to the Land Registry Offices belonging to the Greek Land Registry and receive digitally the corresponding registration certificate, a copy of a cadastral sheet or an excerpt of a cadastral diagram.
We note that the certificates are issued automatically, while the procedures concerning registered deeds are subject to the restrictions of urgency.
At the same time, all the other digital services of the Land Registry apply (such as submitting declaration) where through mobile phones and computers, property owners, notaries, lawyers, surveyors, engineers and other professionals can conduct their affairs digitally.

For support, interested parties have at their disposal the four-digit number 1015 (with urban charge from OTE landline and charges of the respective provider from other mobiles and landlines)
Secondly, in relation to the Land Registry Offices

-For the period of time that the restrictive measures for the coronavirus are in effect, there will be no impact on the development of citizens’ cases at the Land Registry Offices.
Thirdly, in relation to the operation of the central offices of the Land Registry on Mesogeion Avenue:
– The submission of applications to the Land Registry Office of the Capital will be done either electronically (at E-mail: gkp@ktimatologio.gr) or by post (via courier) while the receipt of the issued sheets and diagrams will be sent via courier.
– The order of aerial photographs will only be made electronically, after the applicant’s contact information has been sent (to E-mail: ekxa-sales@ktimatologio.gr).
