AADE: UNTIL 15.12 THE CORRECTIONS OF COVID STATEMENTS!

With decision number A.1243/2020 decision of the Governor of AADE Mr. Giorgos Pitsilis “Amendment of the decision of the Governor of the Independent Authority of Public Revenues (Β΄ 3579) under data POL. 1162/2018” a deadline was given until December 15, 2020for the correction of errors and omissions in “Covid Declarations” and “Declarations Property Lease Information Property.

CH.STAIKOURAS: MANDATORY AND VOLUNTARY RENT CUTTING IN SEPTEMBER!

Extension is being considered for the mandatory “haircut” of business rents in the sectors affected by the pandemic and for the month of September (catering, tourism, transport, culture and sports ), said the Minister of Finance, Mr. Christos Staikouras, speaking on the “Summer Together” show of the ANT1 television station.

A second chance literally, comes with the decision of the Director of the Independent Public Revenue Authority, Mr. Giorgos Pitsilis, in response to 20.7.2020 letter of POMIDA on this subject, which it gives for the period from September 4 to September 23, 2020 to property owners who lost it, the possibility of submitting rent reduction declarations online due to the emergency measures to deal with the consequences of the corona virus (Covid Declarations), as follows:

VESYROPOULOU’S DECISION ON THE SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION OF OWNERS’ OBLIGATIONS DUE TO REDUCED RENTS!

The Deputy Minister of Finance Mr.Apostolos Vesyropoulos signed on 24.8.2020 the decision establishing a deduction for debts to the tax administration for property owners , who do not collect 40% of the rent as part of the measures to deal with the consequences of the pandemic. According to the decision signed by Mr. Vesyropoulos, property owners are entitled to a 20% discount on the rent received (ie 30% on the reduction or 12% on the total initial rent). The amount of the discount reduces debts to the tax administration, with a payment date after July 31, 2020.

POMIDA TO AADE: EXTENSION OF JULY DECLARATION DEADLINE UNTIL 31.7.20. REQUEST FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE POSSIBILITY TO DECLARE RENT REDUCTION (COVID) MARCH-JUNE IN THE AADE APPLICATION!

By decision of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority, Giorgos Pitsilis, the deadline for submission of declarations for the change of rent (Covid declarations), for the months of July and August, without imposing the prescribed penalties. The same deadline (August 31, 2020) also applies to the submission of an initial or amending declaration of the lease contract. Acceptance of Covid declarations from tenants can take place until September 7.

COVID DECLARATION: EXTENSION UNTIL 1.7 AND AADE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION!

As POMIDA had requested, and as announced for the first time in its webinar of 18.6.2020, the Independent Public Revenue Authority, by decision of the Governor of Ms. Giorgos Pitsilis announced on 19.6 the extension of the deadline for submitting Covid Declarations (decision A.1139/2020) for real estate lessors until Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Accordingly, the deadline for property tenants is extended to Monday, July 6, 2020.

STATEMENTS OF RENT REDUCTIONS UNTIL JUNE 22 AND CURRENT LEASES ON THE PLATFORM OF AADE!

Double justification of POMIDA’s struggle are the special arrangements for leases established by decision of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority, Mr. Giorgos Pitsilis, which will be published immediately in the gazette. The regulations are the result of POMIDA’s painstaking struggle in order to have the state recognize the loss of income of the owners due to the crisis and establish their partial compensation. With the decision of the AADE, the government’s commitment to tax exemption for owners who suffered a forced 40% reduction in rent due to the coronavirus, who thanks to the fight of POMIDA, will pay a lower ENFIA and/or income tax this year. The decision also foresees changes to the obligation to declare changes to rental offices on my TAXISnet only when this is necessary.
