Rent reductions for the month of July 2021
We repeat that for the month of July there is a full exemption from the obligation to pay rentonly for businesses that are subject to restrictive operating measures at the end of June, such as:
–enterprises of culture and sports,
– activities related to the organization of events and exhibitions,
– amusement parks
– businesses that remain closed by government order
– and gyms, for which was subject to a ban on activity until recently and are still operating with significant restrictions.
– Payment of reduced rent by 40% appliesonly to the main residence of the workers in such businesses, who are suspended from work during the month of July, as well as for the student residence of their dependent members.
