Article 54 extends the regulation on non-imposition of fines for overdue amending declarations of property details (E9)
Especially for overdue amending declarations of real estate data (E9) for the years 2010 and following, which were submitted or will be submitted from 31.12.2014 until the posting of the cadastral data throughout the Greek territory, as it results from a relevant certificate act of the Board of Directors of the N.P.D.D. “Greek Land Registry”, which is notified to the Minister of Finance, the fine of article 54 of Law 4174/2013 (A’ 170) or the independent fine of Article 4 of Law 2523/1997 (A’ 179) are not imposed. Fines that have been assessed are not deleted. Fines that have been paid are not refundable.
Article 59 extends the “freeze” of rents paid by the State until 31.12.2021.
Article 91 gives for the first time the right to validly hold any kind of General Assemblies by electronic means, and not with the personal presence of the members. This now concerns not only trade unions, but also extends to all legal entities governed by the Civil Code, such as non-profit associations but also all the General Assemblies of the country’s apartment buildings, which usually meet at the end or beginning of each calendar year. This option will be valid until 31.3.2021.
Specifically according to the new provision the General Meetings of the co-owners of apartment buildings can be convened and held online by decision of the managers of the apartment buildings, using the most modern and convenient digital media for the remote participation of their members. With the use of the same digital means, the decisions of the General Assemblies are also taken, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation of each apartment building on quorum and decision-making. The managers of the apartment buildings are obliged to take every appropriate measure to ensure the transparency and integrity of the procedures.
Article 136 is regulated at the request of the debtors the payment of debts to the OTAs. in up to 120 monthly installments, with a minimum amount of each installment of 20 euros for individuals and 50 euros for businesses.
With the article 144 in particular stipulates, as POMIDA had requested from the beginning, that the debts of municipal fees of undeclared real estate areas that arose through the KEDE platform, for the period from 1.1.2020 onwards, will be paid in up to 24 monthly installments (through PPC accounts, etc.) with a minimum amount of each installment of 10 euros for individuals and 50 euros for legal entities, ex officio and without the debtors’ request.
With the same article, all declarations for undeclared square footagesubmitted to the KEDE platform until 30.10.2020 are considered valid.
