Mr. Vesyropoulos also mentioned that the resolution of the other outstanding issues that seriously concern real estate landlords due to the forced reduction of their rents has been initiated, including the compensation of landlords whose properties are sublet, and that there will soon be announcements of measures which will substantially improve the current situation.
Mr.Paradiasthanked the Deputy Minister for the information andasked again to speed up the payments of compensations since many landlords have found themselves in a difficult financial position due to the delayed payment of compensations, and to allow the submission of initial COVID declarations for the period March-October 2020.
