AMENDMENT AND ELECTRONIC PLATFORM FOR MUNICIPAL FEES!

1.The deadline for submitting declarations for vacant and non-electric properties is extended until 30.6.2020.  

  1. Certified debts of municipal fees and TAP from area differences are deleted not until 31.12.2019 but until the day of submission of their declaration to the relevant Municipality.  
  2. However, excluded from the deletionare the amounts certified either following an inspection by the Municipality service, or due to a request for a certificate for the transfer of a property. 
  3. The amounts already paid to the Municipalities for the above reasons are not returned.
  4. The deadline for declaration of undeclared areas is extended until 30.6.2020 only for those owners who carry out arbitrary regulation after 31.3.2020.

THE PLATFORM IS OPENFurthermore, from Tuesday, 25.2.2020 it is expected that the online platform of KEDE for the declaration of municipal real estate fees to all the municipalities of the country will finally be put into operation, in which the details of each of property that are registered in E9, and in the basis of municipal fees of DEDDIE, associated with the electricity supply number of the property, if any.

Any interested property owner will be able to access it with the TAXISNET codes, and responsibly declare to the relevant Municipality, additionally or initially, the actual current area of each property of which is electrified or both not electrified, or never electrified, settled or not, which should coincide with area declared in E9, but also any change of use of the property other than that which was declared in the Municipality. 

Due to the direct interface of the application with the above databases, the direct cross-checking of their data and the personal responsibility of the declarant for their accuracy,< citizens will not be required to attend any service and submit absolutely no supporting documents! The Revenue Services of the concerned Municipalities will then process these electronic declarations and inform the citizens about their acceptance and also about the calculation of each TAP due amount for the non-electrified and for due municipal fees from 1.1.2020 onwards.

From this exceptional arrangement of the cancellation of retrospective and fines, the owners who will declare, the Municipalities who will collect and also the other owners from the reduction of municipal fees that will surely follow. POMIDA, which proposed it, warmly thanks Mr. Panagioti Theodorikakos and Dimitris Papastergiou for its acceptance and institutionalization, but considers that a necessary condition for its mass participation and success is the immediate sending of informative emails from AADE to all property owners – TIN holders of our country for this regulation and for the new declaration platform!
