The operation of the platform, which was designed by the General Secretariat of Public Administration Information Systems, is very simple. First, the interested party enters myKtimatologioLive.gov.gr and confirms his details through the Taxisnet codes. He then selects the day and time he wishes to be served from the list of available appointments. For those who do not have Taxisnet codes, it is possible to make an appointment through another person.
The appointment is selected by the interested party in a day and time from the time range of the next 15 days, from the next working day onwards. The interested party will receive two confirmation emails, one a day before the appointment and another two hours before it. Finally, it is possible to change the time and day or cancel the appointment. At the start of the video call, identity is checked by the employee by showing the citizen’s ID, and then the employee serves the request for which the appointment was made.
The information can be provided at two levels. At the first level, general information and directions are provided by staff of the organization with experience in the field of administrative information. In the event that the employee diagnoses the need to forward the request to specialized personnel, such as in cases where information is requested on issues of a legal and/or technical nature, the information is given at a second level through controlled appointments made by the employee, on behalf of the customer, with the respective specialized staff of the body.
During the period of initial operation, the service is provided by the staff of the Body’s Central Services “Land Registry” for information concerning properties located throughout the territory. Also, at a pilot level, information is provided by the staff of the Land Registry Office of Attica in Koropi for information about properties located in the areas of Anthousa, Artemisa (Loutsa), Vari, Geraka, Glyka Nera, Kropia, Markopoulos of Mesogaia, Nea Makri, Pallini, Pikermi, Peania, Rafina, Spata, which fall under the jurisdiction of the specific Land Registry Office. Public information from the Regional Land Registry Offices will gradually expand with the addition of new areas, expansion of the platform that is already being planned. In less than four months, more than 600 digital appointments have taken place. Already the service is expanding with the inclusion of the following twelve regional offices (Cadastre Offices and Branches) with their areas of control:
K.G. Central Greece – Lamia
K.G. of Western Macedonia – Kozani
K.G. Peloponnese – Tripoli
K.G. B. Aegean – Mytilini
K.G. Cyclades – Syros
Patmos Branch

Aegialia – Aegio Branch

Digital appointments with public bodies are a new modern communication and service tool, extension of the existing methods of information (phones, emails). MyDESKlive, as the service is called, already works for services provided by the KEP, the OAED, the AADE, the eEFKA, the Consular Authorities, the Ombudsman and the municipalities (pilot in the municipality of Chania), facilitating the daily life of the citizen and signaling a new era in citizens’ communication with the digital services provided by the public administration. Hellenic Land Registry:
“The platform is a new modern communication and service tool, an extension of the existing methods of information (phones, email), which with the use of new technologies it will facilitate the citizen, it will contribute to increasing the authority’s prestige while it will allow a more systematic recording of the case studies in order to target the resolution of the real and frequent issues that the citizens face”, announced the ministry of Digital Governance.
