Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of money totaling amounting to 840.5 million euros.
The Ministry of Finance proceeded on May 27, to pay a total amount of 9,648. 595.04euros, to 6,001property owners (Unit A.F.M.), resolving outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021.
In particular, they were credited to the bank accounts of:
- 745property owners (natural persons ) amount totaling 1,873,914.96 euros. 256 property owners (legal entities) amount totaling 774,680.08 strong>euro.
Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021 offsets have been made with taxes and money payments totaling834.2 million euros.
Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts by the evening, depending on the credit flows of each bank .
On May 20, the Ministry of Finance proceeded to pay a total amount of 3,962,165.22 euros, to 884 property owners (Unit A.F.M.), resolving pending issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021.
In particular, they were credited to bank accounts:
- 787property owners (natural persons) a total amount of 160,479.44 euros >.
- 97property owners (legal entities) a total amount of 801,685.78euro.
Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of a total amount of 824.5 million euros.
Nevertheless, a significant number of owner declarations remain pending, which have not been settled, and the relevant compensations have not been paid, despite the constant reminders and protests of POMIDA.
The previous relevant action was on March 14, 2022, with the payment of a total amount of 8,526,258.05 euros, in 10,202 strong>property owners (Unit A.F.M.), for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021. Then they were credited to the bank accounts:
- 648property owners (natural persons) a total amount of 4,217,012.01euros.
- 554property owners (legal entities) a total amount of 309,246.04euro.
