Credit of a total amount of 6.3 million euros to 3,657 property owners for reduced rents November 2020 – July 2021.
The Ministry of Finance proceeded on June 17, 2022, to pay a total amount 6,298,725.88 euros, to 3,657property owners (unit A.F.M.), resolving outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021. p>
In particular, they are credited to the bank accounts:
- 440 property owners (natural persons) total amount of 3,212,486.90euros.
- 217property owners (legal persons) total amount of 086,238.98euro.
Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of money totaling 840.5 million euros.
On May 27, the Ministry of Finance proceeded with the payment of a total amount of 9,648,595.04 euros, to 6,001 property owners (Unit A.F.M.), resolving outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021.
In particular, they were credited to the bank accounts of:
- 745property owners ( natural persons) a total amount of 1,873,914.96euro.
- 256property owners (legal entities) a total amount of 774,680.08 euro.
Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of a total amount €834.2 million.
Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts by the evening, depending on the credit flows of of each bank.
On May 20, the Ministry of Finance proceeded to pay a total amount of 3,962,165.22 euros, to 884property owners (Unit A.F.M.), resolving outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021.
In particular, were credited to the bank accounts of:
- 787property owners (natural persons) a total amount of 160,479.44 euros.
- 97property owners (legal entities) a total amount of 801,685.78euro.
Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and money payments totaling 824.5 million euros. p>
Despite this, there remains a significant number of owner declarations that have not been settled, and the relevant compensations have not been paid, despite the constant reminders and protests of POMIDA.
The previous relevant action was on March 14, 2022, with the payment of a total amount of 8,526,258.05 euros, to 10,202 property owners (Unit A.F.M.), for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021. Then they were credited to the bank accounts:
- 648property owners (natural persons) a total amount of 4,217,012.01euro.
- 554owners real estate (legal entities) a total amount of 309,246.04euro.
