Specifically credited to the bank accounts of property owners:
- 456owners a total amount of 92.6m. euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for May 2021.
Of the above amount, 72.9 million euros concern 165,446 natural persons and the 19.7 million euros concern 5,010legal entities. The above beneficiaries should submit a May COVID declaration on the relevant electronic platform of AADEfrom 1 to 15 July 2021.
- 152property owners a total amount of 6.8m. euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for April 2021.
From the above amount, the 4.9 million euros concern 20,627 natural persons and 1.9 /em> million euros concern 525legal entities.
- < 833 property owners totaling 3.8 million euros, with which the State pays compensations for the reduction of the rent for the period November 2020 – April 2021 in cases of subletting of properties, for which compensation applications have already been submitted by the original owners.
Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – May 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and money payments totaling more than 654.7 million euros.
Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts by evening, depending on the credit flows of each bank.
It is emphasized, once again, that it is very important that the beneficiaries of compensation:
- Do not forget to declare the IVAN accountin the personalized information of myTAXISnet, so that it becomes possible to pay the compensations to them.
- To submit COVID declarationsfor the months they have receive advance compensation, because otherwise they lose the right to compensation and the relevant process of searching for the amounts they received should be initiated for them.
