Following the no. 31 of Law 5075/2023 (Government Gazette A’ 206/12.12.2023) which added no. 53A in Law 4662/2020 (Government Gazette 1 27/02/2020) entitled “Register of compliance with measures for the preventive protection of properties and cleaning of plots of land and uncovered areas”, as amended and in force, which provides the establishment and operation of the “National Register of Observance of Preventive Property Fire Protection Measures” at the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection with the object of recording the obligations of citizens during the fire season, the new Firefighting Order 20/9.5.2024 with the subject of “Definition of preventive fire protection measures for plots and other uncovered areas located in areas within approved landscaping plans, within the boundaries of settlements without an approved landscaping plan, in areas located within a radius of 100 m from the boundaries of the above areas, as well as in unplanned fields with buildings”.
