THE SUSPENSION OF RENT PAYMENT FOR CLOSED BUSINESSES IS ALSO EXTENDED INTO FEBRUARY. THE NEW DISCOUNT TABLE!

The measure only concerns businesses that were closed by state order until January 15, and not the rest of the “affected” businesses and residential rentals. All retail businesses are included, regardless of whether they operate with home delivery e-commerce or telephone commerce services, catering businesses, regardless of whether they operate with product distribution and/or provision takeaway products from the store, hair salons and beauty centers, cultural and sports businesses, gyms and other businesses that remain closed by government order. In addition, tourism businesses, such as hotels, accommodation and travel agencies, and transport services are included, as they are particularly affected by the ban on travel from prefecture to prefecture.

For businesses that were closed by government order until January 15th only, 80% of the agreed monthly rent, and not on the loss, the owners will be compensated from the State Budget. In addition, for the legal entities that lease properties to these businesses, the owners will be reimbursed 60% of the monthly rent for the month of February. For other tenancies where the rent is reduced by 40%, the landlords will be compensated for half the reduction.

After that, the table of rent reduction rates, rent reduction refund rates and the stages of the procedure followed (submission deadline, payment time) that has drawn up by POMIDA is structured as follows:
