POST EXTENSION
IN AREAS OF P.E. THESSALONIKI AND ILIA
FOR THE FIRST TIME, ALL DIGITAL
The Greek Land Registry informs all those who own real estate in the areas of the Regional Units of Thessaloniki and Ilia, how the Posting of cadastral data is extended until December 30, 2020.
The process of Posting is carried out, for the first time, fully digitally, without the obligation of the citizen to personally presence at Land Registry offices.
Owners, after updating their contact details, on the website www.ktimatologio.gr, can check and confirm or correct the registration of their property, thus avoiding judicial resolutions that they cost time, money and inconvenience.
Specifically they should see and check:
- The description and legal information of their properties (Cadastre Table)
- The boundaries of their parcels (Cadastre Chart)
If they agree with the details of the Post, they do not need to take any further action.
If they do not agree with any of the data, they can submit a correction request (until December 30th, 2020), online at www.ktimatologio.gr or at the land registry office, by appointment only.
In the event that they have not declared their real estate in the Land Registry, they still have the opportunity to do so digitally at www.ktimatologio.gr or at the land registry office, only by appointment. under post:
