Specifically with this amendment the following changes occur:
Article 1
The second paragraph of paragraph 1 of article 11 of the decision of the Governor of A.A.D.E. under items A.1162/2018, is replaced as follows:
“For any subsequent rent reduction due to measures taken as a result of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, landlords submit the “Covid Declaration”, initial or amending, by the end of the following month from the month to which the reduction is concerned”.
Article 2
The “Covid Declaration” of the month of October shall be submitted until December 31, 2020.

This decision to be published in the Government Gazette.
