CORRECTIONS TO THE E9 WITHOUT FINE, DUE TO LAND REGISTRY!

In an amendment tabled in Parliament and incorporated into the bill “Ratification of the Agreement on the Asian Infrastructure and Investment Bank, etc.”, fines of 10 years are given for corrections of E9 , while the time of declaration of changes in immovable property also changes.

THE EXTENSION FOR NON-ELECTRICITY UNTIL 31.12.2019 HAS BEEN PUBLISHED!

Law 4604/2019 was published in Official Gazette 50A/26.3.2019, article 103 of which contains new regulations for non-electrified properties. These arrangements were requested by the Board of Directors of POMIDA and were accepted by the Minister of the Interior Mr. Alexis Haritsis during their meeting at the Ministry of the Interior on January 15, 2019.

POL.1162/2018 was published regarding the submission of Real Estate Leasing Information Statement on the website www.aade.gr, which introduces the following important changes and clarifications to current procedure for declaring the conclusion, but now also the termination, of real estate leases:

ENFIA 2018 WILL BE CALCULATED WITH THE NEW INCREASED ZONE PRICES!

With the new increased, in most cases, zone prices the ENFIA 2018 will be calculated. This was decided in the context of the just concluded government and institutional negotiation on this issue. 

The relevant agencies have been working recently doing simulation exercises based on the new proposed zone rates submitted by assessors for 10,600 zones across the territory in order to see if there are large discrepancies in the amounts to be collected in 2018 Public (2.65 billion euros).
