The prime minister’s reports to the TIF are a “resurrection” of the TIF’s nightmare scenario of 2014 regarding ENFIA, which unfortunately confirmed the worst fears that POMIDA had expressed in its open letter to the political leaders.

POL.1162/2018 was published regarding the submission of Real Estate Leasing Information Statement on the website www.aade.gr, which introduces the following important changes and clarifications to current procedure for declaring the conclusion, but now also the termination, of real estate leases:
Property Managers are not required to submit Property Lease Information Statements (“electronic leases”) for short-term leases via digital platforms.

According to what is provided for in this decision, a study static adequacy is required for every construction that belongs to one of the following cases, except for the cases of categories 1, 2 and 3 of article 96 and buildings of importance Σ1 according to the Greek Anti-Seismic Regulation (EAK):
