Regarding the recent statements of the Minister of Finance, Mr. Christos Staikouras about the imposition of a minimum percentage of mandatory expenses with “plastic money”, based on rental income , with an additional tax of 22% for its uncovered part, the President of POMIDA, Mr. Stratos Paradias, sent the following letter to the staff of the Ministry of Finance, in which he requested that such a regulation not be included in the tax bill under preparation…

On Wednesday, September 4, 2019, the Bureau of POMIDA had a working meeting with the Minister of Environment & of Energy Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis, the Deputy Minister responsible for Land Registry Mr. Dimitris Oikonomou, the new President of the “Hellenic Land Registry” Professor Mr. Dimitrios Stathakis and its new General Manager Mr. Stefanos Kotsoli.

POMIDA: TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE WITH SUSPENSION OF DEBTS AT THE END OF THE PROPERTIES!
POMIDA is asking for a solution to the problem of thousands of property owners throughout the country who suffer during the sale of their their properties, because they are first required to be forced to submit to the 12-installment arrangement and pay the first installment with money they do not have, instead of the notary deducting the entire amount, as is done for all other debts to the State.
