SUBJECT: POMIDA’s request to extend the deadlines for declaration of termination of leases and correction E9.
Dear Governors
In view of their route and expiration in the midst of election procedures, and for the convenience of taxpayers, we ask you to extend the following deadlines that expire next Friday, 30.6.2023:
- The deadline for declaring the end of real estate leases, until December 31, 2023.
- The deadline for correction of the E9 declarations of the year 2023 without the imposition of a surcharge, until July 31, 2023.

Decision A1092/2023 mentions the subject to the following:
Article 2
Amendment of the following items POL. 1162/2018 (B’ 3579) of the decision of the Governor of AADE.
Paragraph 2 of article 9 of the under details 1162/2018 of the decision of the Governor of AADE is replaced as follows:
“2. In the event that a lease agreement, for which it has been submitted electronically or has been filed with the D.O.Y. “Real Estate Lease Information Statement”, has been terminated by December 31, 2022, the lessor is required to declare by July 31, 2023 the date of termination, otherwise the lease agreement is considered to be in effect.”
