For those (property owners with arbitrary constructions or uses) subject to the regulation of par. 1 of article 102 of n. 4495/2017 (A’ 167), their declaration to the Municipalities, for undeclared square meters, will follow the final date of the arbitrary settlement and the exemption of the fine will concern the last five years from the time of the declaration.
At the same time, we remind you that the KEDE platform has already been added, at the request of POMIDA, the possibility correction of the square meters of the common areas of the apartment buildings. The content of POMIDA’s letter was as follows:
To the Minister of the Interior Mr. Panagiotis Theodorikakos
COM: To the President of KEDE, Mr. Dimitris Papastergiou
Inside Athens, 24.5.2020
SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF THE CORRECTION DEADLINE T.M. REAL ESTATE ON THE PLATFORM OF KEDE
Dear Minister
The unprecedented situation in in which society and our country found itself during the last quarter, due to the corona virus epidemic, which to some extent continues to adversely affect citizens and their activities, imposes the extension of the legislated deadlines for various vital issues concerning property owners in the country and the Greek diaspora.
As far as your Ministry is concerned, POMIDA requests that it be extended until on 31.12.2020 the operation of the completely successful platform of KEDE for the declaration of correction of T.M. of their properties, which is based on POMIDA’s proposal for the simultaneous write-off of retroactive debts to OTAs. This extension is absolutely necessary, both in the interest of the citizens, who persistently ask for it, and of the OTAs who, in the midst of a crisis, obtained with our proposal, a critical factor in the permanent increase of their revenues!
We also insist on the need to disclose this setting and the platform’s email address statements, and to the last owner of the country and the Greek diaspora, with immediate sending of informative emails from the AADE to all property owners – holders of the country’s VAT number and their tax experts!
ADD OPPORTUNITIES. At the same time, in order to serve the citizens, we request the addition of certain features that are missing from the electronic application of the KEDE, so that every interested citizen can, without inconvenience to the services of the Municipalities:
Declare an increase in the square meters of shared electricity supply of the apartment building, not shown in E9, stating that he is the manager or representative of the co-ownership.
Declare the change of use of his property, as provided by law, from business to residence and vice versa, which is possible on the platform of the Municipality of Athens and others Municipalities, but it is not provided for on the KEDE platform.
Declare a reduction in the area of his property, stating how it is documented this.
To declare the surface areas of auxiliary spaces of apartment buildings (warehouses, parking lots, etc.) that are supplied with electricity from the shared apartment building supply, either these surfaces are not counted, or they have already been counted in the total area of common areas and fees and tax are paid for them through the electricity bill, but without TAP charge.
Best Regards
The President Gen. Secretary
Stratos I. Paradias Tasos G. Vappas
