“I SAVE-I AM INDEPENDENT” IN VIEW!

On November 30th, unless the start is delayed as usual, for reasons of better preparation, the new program for energy upgrading of buildings “Save-Autonomous”. The way was formally opened for the proclamation of “Economico-Autonomou” (Economics at Home II) as the Ministry of Development and Investments announced that the decision was issued to include the action in the Operational Program Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPANEK – ESPA 2014-2020) , with a budget of 600 million euros.

RENT REDUCTIONS: ARGUMENTS BEGIN WITH THE “LOST” RENT, PROBLEM AND PROPOSAL FOR THE CONTINUATION!

Although there was nothing related in the original government plan, POMIDA requested that 50% of the forced reduction in residential and commercial rents legislated to deal with the consequences be returned through tax offsets of the corona virus. We finally managed to convince the government to establish and implement a process of refunding a percentage of 30% of the reduction to the owners – victims of this unacceptable policy. The ministerial decision is soon expected to be issued which will determine the procedure for carrying out the tax offsets for these “lost” rents, which were declared or will be declared on the AADE platform, with the now known “COVID declarations”.

“SAVE – AUTONOMOUS”: OPENS NOVEMBER WITH 850 EC. EURO!

At the beginning of November, “SAVE-AUTONOMO”, the new energy upgrading and home automation program, which is the successor scheme of the “Home Saving” programs, will start to “run” “, with a strengthened budget – amounting to 850 million euros -, increased subsidy rates and an expanded range of eligible interventions, with a view to maximizing the benefit in terms of energy savings.

DECISION OF THE MINISTER: FOR WHICH BUILDINGS THE STATIC ADEQUACY STUDY IS MANDATORY!

The decision of the Minister of State for Internal Affairs, Mr. Giorgos Stathakis, concerning the static adequacy studies for the arbitrariness declared by the current law 4495/2017, was published in the Official Gazette.

According to what is provided for in this decision, a study static adequacy is required for every construction that belongs to one of the following cases, except for the cases of categories 1, 2 and 3 of article 96 and buildings of importance Σ1 according to the Greek Anti-Seismic Regulation (EAK):
