From the above amount, the 1.1 million euros concern 4,415 natural persons and 1million euro concerns 114 legal entities. 157 property owners a total amount of approximately €761,100, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for June 2021.
Of the above amount, about 501,900 euros concern 2,089 natural persons and about 259,200euros concern 68legal entities.
Therefore, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of money totaling more than 773.2 million euros.
