THE STATEMENTS FOR THE MUNICIPAL FEES WITHOUT EXCUSES, QUEUES, RETROSPECTIVE AND FINES!

Any interested property owner, with their TAXISNET codes, will be able to enter a new permanent online application of KEDE, in which the data will be displayed of each of his properties that are registered in his E9, and in the billing base of municipal fees of the TENDSHE, associated with the electricity supply number of the property, if it exists.

Through this application he will be able to responsibly declare to the relevant Municipality, supplementarily or initially, the current actual arean of each property that is electrified or not electrified, or never electrified, settled or not; which should coincide with the area declared in E9, but also any change of use of the property other than that which was declared in the Municipality. We would like to remind you that the deadline for correcting arbitrary errors ends on 30.6.2020.

If a correction also needs to be made in the area of ​​E9, this will not be possible through this application , but electronically through the Ministry of Finance’s TaxisNet. It is good that this channeling has preceded. We remind you that the area increase in E9 will create a five-year ENFIA retroactive charge, but the corrections of E9 are now done without the independent late submission fine of €100.

Due to the direct interface of the application with the above databases, the direct cross-checking of their data and the personal responsibility of the declarant for their accuracy, when submitting these TAXISNET media code declarations :

  1. Citizens will not need to attend any serviceand
  2. You will not need to submit any justification at all.

The Services Revenue of the respective Municipalities will then process these electronic statements and inform the citizens about their acceptance and also about the calculation of each TAP due amount for the non-electrified and for due municipal fees from 1.1. 2020 onwards, which will be paid either by sending a notification, or by including them in the electricity bills.
