Subject: POMIDA’s proposals for a fair, short and real reduction of ENFIA.
Dear Mr. .mr. Ministers
Along with our congratulations on assuming your duties and our best wishes for success, we summarize our views in relation to the imminent reduction of ENFIA.
For the good of our National Economy the reduction of ENFIA must begin with the abolition of its additional tax, even if gradual, which irrationally multiplies the tax burden. A simple reading of the relevant IOBE studies will confirm this to you.
Until this is realized by everyone, the reduction of ENFIA to be fair it must apply to all taxpayers equally, i.e. without excluding its biggest victims.
Reduction must begin IMMEDIATELY and be completed ASAP. We suggest the self-explanatory and more practical approach, without cunning “algorithms” and “cutters”, i.e. the reduction should be distributed at 10% for 2019 (with the clearances issued next month) and in the remaining 20% for 2020, for everyone. which will lead to an increase in the tax burden of the owners and will make the restriction of the ENFIA a free gift.
We are at your disposal for cooperation both for this reason, as well as for all other issues of taxation of private real estate, the rationalization of which will help more than anything else, in the recovery of the economy, but also of our society.
