No. Staikouras: No change in ENFIA this year – End of the year decisions on new objectives
There will be no change in ENFIA this year, which will be paid this year in six equal monthly installments, with the first installment in September, while at the end of the year decisions will be made regarding the new objective values of the properties. This is what the Minister of Finance, Christos Staikouras, said on “SKAI” radio, pointing out that the government’s commitment to further reduce the tax by 8% is valid.
Especially, the minister stated that the exercise of the adjustment of the objective values of the properties will proceed together with the determination of zone prices, for the first time in new areas. He added that AADE will need a few months to “run” the adjustments of the new objective values to ENFIA and at the end of the year the data will be examined for the further reduction of ENFIA by 8%, to which the government has committed.
