The payment reduced rent by 40% is valid in the month of June for the retail trade, for the main residence of employees suspended from work in the month of June, as well as for the student residence of their dependent members.
Based on the data so far, June is expected to be the last month for which favorable arrangements regarding the payment obligation are foreseen of rent, with the exception of a few cases of businesses that may be required to remain closed by government order in the month of July.
At the same time, it is possible to suspend the payment of installments of regulated tax and insurance debts, payable in the month of June, for the businesses that will remain closed by government order in the month of June.
With the above interventions, the Government, once again, proves in practice that it is constantly alert, listens to the needs of households and businesses, and deals with the issue of debts to the Tax Administration with a high sense of social responsibility.
