The above beneficiaries should submit a July COVID declaration to the relevant AADE electronic platform from 10 a.m. to strong>September 30, 2021.
In the meantime, a decision has not yet been issued with the KAD August 2021 which will be expected to include minimal categories of commercial leases, such as playgrounds etc. with exclusively covered areas.
Consequently, the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021 have been set off with taxes and money payments totaling more than 764 million euros.
