He particularly emphasized the need to time-limit the State&#8217;s claims on legal off-plan private properties, as has been done since 2003 for on-plan properties, to give a single extension of the declaration deadline for all land-registered areas, but also for property owners characterized by &#8220;unknown owner&#8221; of the 35 areas which were exempted by detour from the general judicial extension correction of their records.
