{"id":3648,"date":"2020-11-24T16:03:01","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T14:03:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eniath.gr\/diloseis-covid-ypovoli-mechri-telous-tou-epomenou-minos\/"},"modified":"2024-11-06T17:23:36","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T15:23:36","slug":"diloseis-covid-ypovoli-mechri-telous-tou-epomenou-minos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eniath.gr\/en\/diloseis-covid-ypovoli-mechri-telous-tou-epomenou-minos\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID STATEMENTS: SUBMIT BY THE END OF NEXT MONTH!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Specifically with this amendment the following changes occur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 1<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The second paragraph of paragraph 1 of article 11 of the decision of the Governor of A.A.D.E. under items A.1162\/2018, is replaced as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;For any subsequent rent reduction due to measures taken as a result of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, landlords submit the &#8220;Covid Declaration&#8221;, initial or amending, by the end of the following month from the month to which the reduction is concerned&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The &#8220;Covid Declaration&#8221; of the month of October shall be submitted until December 31, 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 3<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This decision to be published in the Government Gazette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">AADE decision A.1253\/2020 &#8220;Amendment of POL.1162\/2018 (B&#8217;3579) decision of the Governor of A.A.D.E. was published in the Official Gazette. &#8221; with which POMIDA&#8217;s request to extend the time for submitting the COVID declarations by 40 days, i.e. until the last day of the following month to which the reduction is concerned, was accepted. Thus, the deadline for the COVID declarations is assimilated to the classic deadline for submitting leases, amendments and lease termination declarations.
