The COVID-19 crisis, and the insecurity it has brought, has affected the expectations, goals and plans of families and businesses. Renovating homes and buildings has either become more difficult or, on the contrary, more urgent \/ desirable, as making homes more sustainable can represent savings on energy bills and could be part of a turnaround plan to make homes more efficient and healthy in this period of crisis.<\/p>\n

This questionnaire aims to assess how EU citizens, property owners and businesses feel about their properties and the need to refurbish them, as well as to assess the impact of the health crisis in their intentions, thus contributing to the achievement of the climate goals.<\/p>\n
