More specifically:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>The suspension of employees&#8217; employment contracts<strong>is announced at least the day before the start of the suspension.\u00a0But especially for the employment contracts that are suspended from the 1st to the 5th of February 2021, to facilitate the businesses, the responsible declarations of advance notice of the employers-enterprises are submitted <strong>within the first five days of this month.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The advance notice can concern either independent time periods within February or the entire month .<\/li>\n<li>In any case, any <strong>change to the pre-announced suspension<\/strong> of the employees&#8217; employment contracts is <strong>announced<\/strong> too, <strong>with the procedure of temporary revocation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The temporary revocation is also announced at least the day before the start of the change. <u>is void<\/u>and does not produce the effects of the suspension of the employment contract, among which is that<\/strong>the employer continues to pay his employees, but also that the suspended employee is not entitled to a reduction in rent of his child&#8217;s main or student residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The response of the Minister of Employment, Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis, to the complaint made by POMIDA at its 38th Congress about virtual work suspensions that are announced long after the period that they allegedly concern, with the aim of reducing residential rents, but also to collect the foreseen compensations from the State.
