With the decision A. 1040\/2021 (Government Gazette B\u0384 796\/28.2.2021) of the Deputy Minister of Finance Mr. Apostolos Vesyropoulos, following a proposal by the Governor of AADE Mr. George Pitsilis, were resolved issues related to the management of businesses with branches that have closed businesses, applying in these cases the most favorable rent reduction rate for the tenant. Landlords who have leased properties in branches will be able to see the updated picture of their leases from the day after tomorrow, Wednesday3\/3\/2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Based on the observations we received from agencies, decisions will be issued immediately that will deal specifically with management issues of COVID Declarations for property owners.<\/p>\n
