STAIKOURAS: 200 MILLION COMPENSATION TO PROPERTY LANDLORDS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Specifically, the Ministry of Finance credited a total amount of <strong>182.5<\/strong> million euros to the bank accounts of 269,461 property owners, with which the State covers up to and 80% of the rent reduction for the months of February and March. Of the above amount, <strong>167.6<\/strong> million euros concern <em>265,524<\/em> natural persons and <strong>14.9<\/strong> million euros concern <em>3,937 <\/em> legal entities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Preceded, yesterday, was the crediting of a total amount of <strong>15.7<\/strong> million euros to 99,358 unique A .F.M. for reduced rents for the period November 2020 \u2013 January 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Thus, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 \u2013 March 2021, offsets with taxes have been carried out to date and payments of money totaling more than <strong>385 million euros<\/strong>.\u00a0This payment is yet another justification of POMIDA&#8217;s fight, which claimed and succeeded in compensating its members and all property owners in the country for the cuts in their rents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify?\"><strong>No. Staikouras: No change in ENFIA this year &#8211; End of the year decisions on new objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">There will be no change in ENFIA this year, which will be paid this year in six equal monthly installments, with the first installment in September, while at the end of the year decisions will be made regarding the new objective values \u200b\u200bof the properties. This is what the Minister of Finance, Christos Staikouras, said on &#8220;SKAI&#8221; radio, pointing out that the government&#8217;s commitment to further reduce the tax by 8% is valid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Especially, the minister stated that the exercise of the adjustment of the objective values \u200b\u200bof the properties will proceed together with the determination of zone prices, for the first time in new areas. He added that AADE will need a few months to &#8220;run&#8221; the adjustments of the new objective values \u200b\u200bto ENFIA and at the end of the year the data will be examined for the further reduction of ENFIA by 8%, to which the government has committed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify?\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">ENFIA IS IRREVOCABLE FOR 2021<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For the immediate payment of compensations amounting to <strong>200,000,000 euros<\/strong> to the real estate lessors who suffered cuts in their rents, the Minister of Finance Mr.<strong>Christos Staikouras<\/strong> informed the president of POMIDA, Mr. Stratos Paradia.
