DECISION ON COVID FIXES PUBLISHED!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify?\">&#8220;2. In the event that a lease agreement, for which it has been submitted electronically or has been filed with the D.O.Y. &#8220;Property Lease Information Statement&#8221;, has been terminated by June 12, 2020, the lessor is required to declare <strong>by July 20, 2021<\/strong> the date of termination, otherwise the lease agreement is deemed to be in effect. \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By the same decision it is stipulated that real estate lessors\/sublessors can submit initial or amending Covid Declarations and\/or Real Estate Lease Information Declarations, for months of January 2021 until April 2021. For the convenience of those who already submit COVID Declarations, AADE will send them a relevant notification, in order to correct any errors or omissions. \u00b7 may submit a Covid Declaration for landlords subleasing properties, who have not submitted a Covid Declaration for the months of March 2020 up to and including December 2020; for the months of March 2020 onwards, in cases of subletting of several properties contained in one Declaration of Lease Information original lessor, sublessors are required to file amending Lease Information Statements to identify which of the properties they sublet to their sublessors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Read the entire attached decision as and the new sample forms of the relevant procedure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pomida.gr\/assets\/File\/653_a_1158_2021fek.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> AADE DECISION A.1158<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">With the decision A.1158\/2021 of the Governor of AADE Mr. Giorgos Pitsilis, significant amendments are made to the basic POL.1162\/2018 which regulates the issues of COVID compensations, and is satisfied series of requests by POMIDA, which were included in its letter dated 23.6.2021 to the Ministry of Finance and the AADE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Among them, paragraph 2 of article 9 of the under POL.1162\/2018 decision of the Governor of A.A.D.E.
