TOTAL OWNER REFUNDS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The above beneficiaries should submit a <strong>July COVID declaration<\/strong> to the relevant AADE electronic platform <strong>from 10 a.m. to<\/strong> strong&gt;September 30, 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In the meantime, a decision has not yet been issued with the <strong>KAD August 2021<\/strong> which will be expected to include minimal categories of commercial leases, such as playgrounds etc. with exclusively covered areas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Consequently, the reduced rents for the period March 2020 \u2013 July 2021 have been set off with taxes and money payments totaling more than 764 million euros. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify?\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>The AADE platform is open for the July declarations.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Credit of a total amount of 7.5 million euros to 15,805 property owners (natural and legal persons) for reduced rents in July 2021 and to 359 beneficiaries of State Aid.\u00a0<\/strong>On September 7, 2021, the Ministry of Finance paid a total amount of <strong>7.5<\/strong>m. euros <strong>,<\/strong> to property owners, for reduced rents for the month of July 2021. In particular, the bank accounts of the beneficiaries of <strong>15,805<\/strong> property owners were credited with a total amount of <strong>5.96<\/strong> million\u00a0euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for July 2021.
