In this way, it is up to the judgment of the parties, if they wish to proceed with the drawing up of an identity card for the property concerned by the deed or if they wish the notarial deed to be accompanied by an engineer&#8217;s certificate. The aim is to avoid delays in the conclusion of real estate contracts created due to unfamiliarity with the registration of the identity of buildings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Proposed provision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 4<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Electronic Building Identity &#8211; Amendment of Article 62 of Law 4495\/2017<\/ p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In article 62 of Law 4495\/2017 (A&#8217; 167) a last paragraph is added and the article is formulated as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Article 62<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Transitional provisions &#8211; Authorizing provisions of Chapter Two of Section B1<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By decision of the Minister of Environment and Energy, the start date of the Electronic Registry is set.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Until the date set by the above decision, the validity of the provisions of articles 54 to 61 hereof.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From October 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021, instead of those defined in this chapter, for each legal action in life including the donation cause of death, the object of which is the transfer or establishment of a real right in real estate or in real estate without a building, a responsible statement of the owner and an engineer&#8217;s certificate of article 83 must be attached.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Article 5<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Determining the distribution of revenues from auctions of greenhouse gas emissions rights for the years 2021 to 2030 &#8211; Amendment sub.
