TOTAL: 773.2 MILLION EUROS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>423<\/strong>property owners a total amount of <strong>2.1<\/strong>m. euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for January 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the above amount, the <strong><em>1.1<\/em><\/strong> million euros concern <strong><em>4,308<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and <strong><em>1<\/em><\/strong> million euros concerns <strong><em>115<\/em><\/strong>legal entities.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong> 402 property owners a total amount of <strong>2.1<\/strong>m. euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for February 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the above amount, the <strong><em>1.1<\/em><\/strong> million euros concern <strong><em>4,287<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and <strong><em>1<\/em><\/strong>million euro concerns 115 legal entities. 453 property owners a total amount of <strong>2.1<\/strong>m. euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for March 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the above amount, the <strong><em>1.1<\/em><\/strong> million euros concern <strong><em>4,335<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and <strong><em>1<\/em><\/strong>million euros concerns 118 legal entities. 529 property owners a total amount of <strong>2.1<\/strong>m. euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for April 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the above amount, the <strong><em>1.1<\/em><\/strong> million euros concern <strong><em>4,415<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and <strong><em>1<\/em><\/strong>million euro concerns 114 legal entities. 157 property owners a total amount of approximately \u20ac761,100, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for June 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of the above amount, about <strong><em>501,900<\/em><\/strong> euros concern <strong><em>2,089<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and about <strong><em>259,200<\/em><\/strong>euros concern <strong><em>68<\/em><\/strong>legal entities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> Therefore, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 \u2013 July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of money totaling more than <strong>773.2 million euros<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Ministry of Finance on October 18 makes a payment of a total amount of approximately <strong>9.2<\/strong>m. euros, to <strong>5,618<\/strong> property owners (Unit A.F.M.) for reduced rents for the period January-June 2021.
