Thousands of declarations to the relevant Financial Services are pending. Thousands of TAP Non-Debt Certificates are awaiting their issuance. Likewise, a huge number of Certificates, necessary for the drawing up of inheritance acceptance acts, are delayed in being issued, resulting in the corresponding delay in drawing up the relevant inheritance acceptance acts. As for the &#8220;Building Identity&#8221;, the delay in the notarial deeds of real estate transfer due to waiting for its issuance, is enormous (more than 3 months) as the engineers are unable to cope with its issuance in time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify?\"><strong>The Coordinating Committee of the Notarial Associations of Greece (SESSE) and the Panhellenic Federation of Property Owners (POMIDA)<\/strong> as Bodies directly related to the property, we know its particularities and are direct receivers of the malfunctions in the relevant transactions that are causing unprecedented inconvenience to both the traders and the notaries. Therefore:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>We ask the Greek State to listen to us and respond immediately in order to protect the smooth operation of an industry and an activity critical for economy and society, which also &#8220;brings&#8221; revenue to the State Funds: The transaction on real estate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>We ask the Government to grant another two-month extension, i.e. in total until 31.03.2022, of the framework for real estate transfers valid until 31.12.2021, i.e. an extension of both the validity of last year&#8217;s objective values \u200b\u200band the validity of all relevant certificates and attestations, so that there is no need to reissue them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Coordinating Committee of Notarial Associations of Greece (SESSE) and POMIDA issued the following announcement:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">With the from 08.12.2021 joint request of the <strong>Plenary Assembly of the Bar Associations of Greece, the Coordinating Committee of the Notarial Associations of Greece, GSEVEE, OMCOE, OMASE and POMIDA, i.e. all the Bodies we are associated with transactions and legal transactions on real estate, we had pointed out in time the System&#8217;s inability to respond to the huge demand, caused mainly by the increase in property values \u200b\u200bsince the new year, for real estate transactions until the end of the previous year.
