{"id":3456,"date":"2022-02-14T16:48:10","date_gmt":"2022-02-14T14:48:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eniath.gr\/pistosi-4-ekat-evro-se-1-537-idioktites-gia-meiomena-misthomata-noemvriou-2020-iouliou-2021\/"},"modified":"2024-11-06T15:39:12","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T13:39:12","slug":"pistosi-4-ekat-evro-se-1-537-idioktites-gia-meiomena-misthomata-noemvriou-2020-iouliou-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eniath.gr\/en\/pistosi-4-ekat-evro-se-1-537-idioktites-gia-meiomena-misthomata-noemvriou-2020-iouliou-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"4 MILLION EUROS CREDIT TO 1,537 OWNERS FOR REDUCED RENTS NOVEMBER 2020 \u2013 JULY 2021!"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Of the above amount, approximately 275,643 euros are related to 553 natural persons and approximately 303,967 euros concern 120 legal persons. p&gt;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>648<\/strong>property owners a total amount of <strong>269<\/strong>euro, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for February 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Of the above amount, approximately <strong><em>271,091<\/em> <\/strong> euros concern <strong><em>539<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and approximately <strong><em>313,178<\/em><\/strong> euros concern <strong><em>109 <\/em><\/strong>legal entities.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>567<\/strong>property owners a total amount of <strong>006<\/strong> &gt;euro, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for March 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the above amount, about <strong><em>227,815<\/em><\/strong>euro concern <strong><em>480<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and about <strong><em>271,191<\/em><\/strong> strong&gt; euros concern <strong><em>87<\/em><\/strong>legal entities.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>579<\/strong> property owners a total amount of <strong>280<\/strong>euro, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for April 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of the above amount, about <strong><em>230,025<\/em><\/strong>euro concern <strong><em>486<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and about <strong><em>298,255<\/em><\/strong> euros concern <strong><em>93<\/em><\/strong>legal entities.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify?\">\n<li><strong>447<\/strong>property owners a total amount of <strong>261<\/strong>euro, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for May 2021.<\/li>\n<p><strong> li&gt;<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Of the above amount, approximately <strong><em>236,713<\/em><\/strong>euros concern <strong><em>323<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and approximately <strong><em>356,548<\/em><\/strong> euros concern <strong><em>124<\/em><\/strong>legal persons.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>891<\/strong>property owners a total amount of <strong>1 million<\/strong>euro, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for June 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Of the above amount, approximately <strong><em>454,163<\/em> <\/strong>euros concern <strong><em>668<\/em><\/strong> natural persons and approximately <strong><em>553,917<\/em><\/strong> euros concern <strong><em>223 \/em&gt;<\/strong>legal entities.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>31 property owners a total amount of <strong>799<\/strong> &gt;euro, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for July 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">From the above amount, about 7,019 euros concern 20 natural persons and about 9,780 strong&gt; euros concern <strong><em>11<\/em><\/strong>legal entities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Consequently, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 \u2013 July 2021 offsets with taxes and payments of a total amount of <strong>812 million euros<\/strong> have been made.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts until the evening, depending on the credit flows of each bank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It should be noted that <strong>236<\/strong> property owners, who are entitled to a total amount of <strong>201,500<\/strong> euros, it was not possible to pay them today, because they have not declared an <strong>IVAN account<\/strong> in myAADE (myaade.gov.gr). These beneficiaries will receive a notification from AADE, in order to update their IBAN account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Ministry of Finance announced that it is proceeding today, February 10, with the payment of a total amount of <strong>4 million<\/strong> euros, to <strong>1,537<\/strong> property owners (Unit A.F.M.), resolving, as previously announced, pending issues for reduced rents for the period March 2020 \u2013 July 2021.
