of Urban Environment Mr. Efthimios Bakoyannis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>The President of TEE Mr. Giorgos Stasinos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify?\"><strong>Here Athens, 11.4.2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>SUBJECT: Signing of contracts until 31.5.2022 based on engineer certificates until 31.3.2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Honourable Ministers, Mr. General, Mr. President<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The harsh reality experienced today by a large number of property owners across the country, (approximately 15-20,000), forces us to come back for the last time, of course, to the subject of our present letter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The problem with all of them is that <strong>while they had legally issued until 31.3.2022<\/strong>certificates of engineers for drawing up contracts for the transfer of real estate, parental provision, donation, establishment or modification of a property horizon, and they had issued a bunch of other blueprints, attestations, certificates, etc., it was not possible to sign the relevant notarial contracts, because due to the known workload of this period, they had not received them until 31.3. 2022 TAP non-debt certificates from the relevant Municipalities, or deemed declarations of transfer tax, parental benefit or donation, etc. from the competent D.O.Y.<\/strong>, <strong>which they had requested in due time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Because it is completely unfair but also counterproductive, due to this delay, for the parties who paid for the issuance of the engineer&#8217;s certificate, to be forced to pay again for the issuance of &#8220;electronic building identity&#8221; which, in addition to the additional financial cost, will also incur a significant time delay and inconvenience in finding the pile of required documents, without considering the usual case of the non-existence of the relevant documents and plans in the competent urban planning agency, events that can lead to the cancellation of a large number of these legal actions. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify?\"><strong>For these reasons, we request that citizens who were unable to complete their real transactions until 31.3.2022 due to the workload of the state services, the possibility of drawing up real estate transfer contracts until 31.5.2022 based on engineer&#8217;s certificates that were legally issued until 31.3.2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At your disposal for any clarification and cooperation!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">With special regards<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The President The President<\/p>\n<p> <strong> Stratos Paradias George Roussas <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> Lawyer AP- President Notary Public of Athens<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In order to immediately solve the problem of 15-20,000 &#8220;trapped&#8221;
